• To secure a reservation a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving this confirmation email. If exceeding the 48 hours period, we may cancel this booking in order to make room for another customer.
• Remaining invoice balances must be paid at time of check out. If someone else is picking up your cat(s), be sure to pre-pay your balance before the check out appointment.
• Arrivals and departures are strictly by appointment between 10:00AM and 1:30PM or between 2:30PM and 7:00PM.
• A penalty of 50% daily rate will be charged at check out in case of arriving at non-operational hours (earlier than 10:00 AM or later than 7:00 PM). A full daily rate will be charged if departing, 1 or more days earlier, without notifying us with at least 2 days in advance.
• If you are not able to keep to your set appointment please advise us as soon as possible.
• All cat guests must arrive in a secure carrier or leash.
• All cat guests must have the claws trimmed before arrival.
• Corded devices such as feeders, water fountains, cameras, etc are not accepted. Battery powered devices can be accepted as long as they don’t require to be charged at the hotel.
• Vaccines FVRCP & FeLV must be up to date at least one week in advance of reservations to ensure no lasting side effects.
• Flea Treatment is strongly recommended.
• Any type of deposit refund or credit, following a booking cancellation, is subject to a fee of $25.
• Cancellation Policy: To be eligible to a refund of your deposit, the reservation must be cancelled 7 days prior to the booking arrival date. Refunds can only be issued using the same method of payment as the deposit was received, whether by credit card, debit, or e-Transfer. A processing fee of 3% will be applied to credit card refunds.
If you provide less than 7 days’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded. However, it will be held on your account as a credit for a future booking at Alley Cats Hotel.
In the event that you need to reschedule your booking to new dates, your deposit can be applied to a new booking, as long as the notice is with a minimum of 5 days. Please note that if you provide less than 2 days’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you must reduce the duration of your reservation, the cancellation rules will be applicable, unless check-in has already occurred. If a booking is shortened post check-in, the number of penalty days, particularly during peak seasons, will be determined at our discretion.
• Gratuities are suggested at the time of checkout and these proceeds are 100% given to our dedicated staff members.
